There are times in your life, where you will experience problems and worries that may be hard to manage on your own. It may be difficult to talk to people close to you for any number of reasons. If you feel lonely, isolated or worried, this is when counselling can help you.
Individual counselling is about helping you make sense of your thoughts and feelings, so you and I can understand more clearly what is happening for you and how you may like things to change in your life.
My aim is to be there for you, in order for you to be able to tell your own unique story and offer you a non judgemental space. I will not tell you what to do, however I will help guide you and give you the time you need to work through any issues.
There are many areas that can have an affect on your mental and emotional well-being. At TLC Counselling, I have worked with many individuals to support them with their difficulties covering areas such as, trauma, depression, anxiety, abuse and so much more.
The sessions are carried out on a weekly basis for 50 minutes per session, on the same day and time each week. I will discuss what support I can offer you, before commencing with the sessions and we will work together for as long as you need the support.
